The single most important factor that dictates the success of a business is their reputation! Our Carpet Cleaning business is no different. You want your carpets cleaned right the first time, you and your home deserve to be treated in a respectful manor and you want it done at a reasonable cost. These are the rules we follow every day to make sure our customers are delighted and want to have us back next time they need services. Our customers are so happy they tell their friends and family which in turn creates a word of mouth business that keeps our phone ringing with virtually no advertising costs. What a great way to keep costs down, and pass the savings on to you!
Have you ever noticed that many larger companies can’t provide quality, good customer service, and affordability? So what do they do? They advertise on the radio, television, newspapers and so forth to the tune of thousands of dollars in which they then need to recoup in the form of increased prices to the consumer. But what is really disturbing… is that in their advertising they will focus on portraying their weaknesses as their strong points.

Had Pete & Re-Pete come out for about the 20th time to clean my rugs. They arrived on time, assessed the situation, and thoroughly cleaned and restored my carpets to almost new condition. Best carpet cleaners I have ever hired. If you want a professional job done right, call Pete!

This company is great! Pete and Re-Pete are very professional, prompt and the quality of their carpet cleaning is amazing. I have used their services three times in the last 9 months, carpet cleaning of our basement area (living, rec room, office and guest room) and twice for our master bedroom (2nd time puppy accident). Each time the quality of their work has been exceptional. Their customer service, cleaning care and promptness, keep them on my go-to list for carpet cleaning.
