BEFORE YOU BOOK

Carpet cleaning questions.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Pick up small items from the carpet and let us know about stains, pet concerns or areas that need extra attention. Call ahead to discuss furniture and access so we can plan for your home.

How long will my carpet take to dry?

Drying time depends on the carpet, indoor conditions and airflow. We can discuss what to expect for your home at your appointment. Good ventilation helps, and follow the care guidance your technician provides.

Can every stain be removed?

Some spots respond well to cleaning; others may be permanent discoloration or damage. Let us know about problem areas so we can assess them and discuss realistic expectations.

Do you also fix carpet ripples?

Yes, Pristine offers carpet stretching. Learn about carpet stretching and call to discuss whether your carpet needs cleaning, stretching or both.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pete and his team was awesome! They were thorough and so easy to work with. I was extremely satisfied with the turn out of the carpet cleaning but more so with my ground/tile clean. They were able to lift the dirt and grime to bring the light grey color back. More importantly pricing was reasonable. Will most definitely use them for future projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent prompt service. I have used several other local carpet cleaning companies in the area but Pristine is by far the best. My carpets look great at a very reasonable price. Thanks Pete and Re-pete.!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They stretched carpet in three of my basement rooms (bedroom, theater room, and large rec room). Very professional, on time, came prepared, wore shoe covers, polite, careful with moving furniture as needed, did not cut corners, cleaned up upon completion. Work was top notch. Carpet looked like new when finished. Thanks! Yes, I would use them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We asked Pristine to clean three carpeted rooms in our home. This was the eight time that we have used this company. As usual, their work was excellent. Pete, the owner, and his son arrived on time, they were meticulous in their cleanliness and in the way they protected areas of the house that they had to travel through to get to the work areas. Pete and his son are true professionals and we highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality carpet cleaning done in their homes or businesses.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I reached out to Pristine for carpet restretching and cleaning because a lot of places don't do both. Peter was able to come the next day to give me a quote and perform the work on the same day. He was upfront with the costs and when I decided to add more rooms to clean, he gave me a reasonable price. He was professional and I was completely satisfied. After my tenants moves, I'll continue to use this company going forward.
