BEFORE YOU BOOK

Carpet stretching questions.

Can carpet wrinkles be stretched out?

Often, suitable loose carpet can be retensioned using professional stretching equipment. The right approach depends on the carpet, backing and installation. Call for a free in-home quote.

Do I need to move my furniture?

Access needs depend on the room and the areas being stretched. Discuss your furniture with Pete before the appointment so you know what preparation is needed.

Should I replace my carpet instead?

Stretching addresses looseness and wrinkles; it does not reverse worn fibers or every kind of damage. We can assess the condition and discuss whether repair makes sense.

Can I have the carpet cleaned too?

Yes. Pristine offers professional carpet cleaning. Call to discuss coordinating cleaning and stretching for your rooms.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pete and his team was awesome! They were thorough and so easy to work with. I was extremely satisfied with the turn out of the carpet cleaning but more so with my ground/tile clean. They were able to lift the dirt and grime to bring the light grey color back. More importantly pricing was reasonable. Will most definitely use them for future projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They stretched carpet in three of my basement rooms (bedroom, theater room, and large rec room). Very professional, on time, came prepared, wore shoe covers, polite, careful with moving furniture as needed, did not cut corners, cleaned up upon completion. Work was top notch. Carpet looked like new when finished. Thanks! Yes, I would use them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We asked Pristine to clean three carpeted rooms in our home. This was the eight time that we have used this company. As usual, their work was excellent. Pete, the owner, and his son arrived on time, they were meticulous in their cleanliness and in the way they protected areas of the house that they had to travel through to get to the work areas. Pete and his son are true professionals and we highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality carpet cleaning done in their homes or businesses.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I reached out to Pristine for carpet restretching and cleaning because a lot of places don't do both. Peter was able to come the next day to give me a quote and perform the work on the same day. He was upfront with the costs and when I decided to add more rooms to clean, he gave me a reasonable price. He was professional and I was completely satisfied. After my tenants moves, I'll continue to use this company going forward.
